Canvas is Red Oak ISD learning management system.

 

Think Through Math is designed for students grades 3 through high school. Think Through Math (TTM) is a learning system that provides quality math instruction and supports students - and teachers – in unprecedented ways. Developed by teachers and technologists to help students prepare for TEKS standards and assessments, TTM accelerates student understanding and supports classroom effectiveness.

   Think Through Math

DreamBox is interactive online math tools and games that help learners think for themselves and make sense of math. Its adaptive learning platform closes math gaps to deliver results.

BYOD (Bring-Your-Own-Device) initiative permits students to use personal electronic devices as instructional tools in the classroom according to guidelines provided by the teacher. Click the button for Frequently Asked Questions about BYOD in Red Oak ISD.

 

OCCRRC (Online College and Career Readiness Resource Center) provides a variety of online lessons designed to build college and career ready students in Texas. OCCRRC is a free resource that is useful for all educators, students, and parents. All resources were researched and validated prior to acceptance for the course. The course was written after the adoption of House Bill 5; therefore, it is up-to-date on the information shared.

 

Testing and Education Reference Center provides information and study guides for students taking different types of tests—ACT, SAT, PSAT—but also career tests and AP tests and more.

Istation is an interactive, computer-adaptive reading program that accommodates the students’ learning needs. Available for students in grades PreK- 8.  

PowerBytz is a series of short instructional presentations designed to help explain difficult concepts in Math, Science, and Social Studies to students in various grade levels. (no login required)
